Kim Mortimer believes she can only grow as a fitness and yoga teacher if she always continues to be a student. Attending immersion meditation courses, pranayama workshops and yoga retreats as often as she can Kim continues to learn as she travels the world gaining insights from teachers such as Swami Brahmananda, Kathryn Budig and Rolf Gates. She has over 1500 hours of practical teaching experience and is happy to share her love of fitness and yoga with you. Kim can also be found partaking in adventure races, snowboarding, paddle-boarding, kite boarding, scuba diving, trekking, and mountain biking.
Where can you find Kim?
Besides teaching on the beautiful white beaches of Providenciales and at private homes and rental villas all over the island, Kim Mortimer teaches scheduled classes at the Exhale Core Fusion Studio & Spa located at the Gansevoort Hotel. She is the Mind Body Manager for the exhale class program and is responsible for all teacher training on Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos Islands. At 4pm on Wednesday afternoon Kim teaches a restorative beach yoga class in conjunction with the Somerset Resort in Grace Bay, Providenciales and has been known to practice her yoga and teach fitness & yoga classes in all corners of the Turks and Caicos Islands archipelago.

She lives life as she teaches her fitness and yoga classes; with a mindful awareness that a healthy body and a happy soul go hand in hand. Kim Mortimer is known for her passionate and inspirational style of teaching.
